LocoRoco Midnight Carnival PSP Trailer
Loco Roco Midnight Carnival looks like a fun game. I know it might seem childish to some, and in fact I do think it is mostly for kids, but it seems fun nonetheless, and could just be an excellent party game. I remember I had a lot of fun with the first Locoroco a couple of years ago. I think the series have been improving on innovation, graphics and sound quality. As of now, there is not a set date for the launch of this great looking game. Any thoughts on this game, anyone?

PSP 1000,2000,3000 and PSP Go
The Sony PSP has proven itself to be a great handheld device. Over the years, and ever since the PSP was launch in North America in 2005, we have seen great things happened to it.
Just about 2 years ago we saw a little hardware change. The PSP 1000 (original PSP, also know as fat), became PSP light and slim (also known as PSP 2000). "Light" was due because there was a really great difference in weight from that of the PSP fat. The PSP 2000 had the same features of the 1000, except that here it came with a video output, which made this PSP transfer data to your TV. So for instance you could play the same game you play on the PSP on your TV, you could watch a video, listen to music, and all the other features on your TV screen.
About a year ago the world got to know PSP 3000, Sony had really outdone themselves with this model. It is great, and more improved than ever. The great features of the PSP 2000 were carried over, of course, and now with more neat features, but the most noticeable ones were the LCD screen. Much enhance on the resolution and color of the screen, and the fact now that this PSP has a built-in microphone for recording.
The life of the PSP was set to live about 10 years ever since the launch on 2005, from what I have heard. It has been almost 5 years now, which makes the PSP be in its middle ages. Not too long from now, Sony has yet another surprise for us all. The PSP Go! Which is coming according to schedule on October 1st, 2009. The design of the PSP Go is now more noticeable. It became a slider, meaning it slides open to reveal the controls, and just simple screen when closed. It has an already 16 Gigabyte system built-in. All the content including, games, videos, music will be downloadable as it will not have an UMD Drive like the PSP 1000, 2000, and 3000. There are more features, but these are the ones that jump to out from the start.

Now here are the important specs:

Connectivity Stereo Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Memory Stick Micro, Analog video out
Formats supported MP4, H.264, AVI, JPEG, MP3, WAV, WMA, ATRAC3, TIFF, GIF, PNG
Dimensions/weight: 128x16.5x69mm/158g
In all this is a great handheld device from Sony that it is the talk of everyone who is a hardcore gamer. I will be getting this as soon as possible and hopefully will not disappoint me. I do have great expectations from it. Now, the only problem I see most people have against the Sony PSP Go! is PRICING. I do agree a little on this since it might just be over the top for a lot of gamers. The PSP Go has a $249 price tag for North America. Wow!! that is going to hurt someones wallet. (probably mine! lol). The balance is if you think it is really worth to pay that much. Will not actually know until the first few days of its release. Meaning was it success, or did it flopped. I just hope it does really good.

Undead Knights PSP Trailer
Here is another trailer, Undead Knights for PSP. From the looks of it is a zombie game, I saw the gameplay also and it seems you control the undead people. Perhaps you can choose to be in the human side too. I wish it had that choice, those hero type guys look really good. especially the women (see minute 1: 10 on the video) She looks so cool, wizard type, and with scythe weapon to rid of evil. Release date is to be announced, I will try to keep info on this game updated.
Ys I And II Chronicles Japanese Debut Trailer PSP
Looks good, although I haven't had the chance to follow this series. Looks to me like a great RPG from the trailer and here it seems to be 2 games in one. It also seems like it has that Zelda type gameplay, but I could be wrong. The anime cut-scenes look amazing. As of now, Ys 1 and 2 Chronicles game is to be announced and so the we actually do not know when it will be released and if it will be heading to North America and the rest of the world. I will try to keep more info on this series updated here on my site.
R Type Command 2 Operation Bitter Chocolate PSP Japanese Trailer
R Type Command II, also known as "R Type Tactics II". I played the first one and its excellent tactic, strategy game. Here has a subtitle "Bitter Chocolate" and I wonder why. Sure I could see it maybe has something to do with "Milky Way" our galaxy, and here in the United States it is a chocolate bar too. hahaha! But I am not sure....
Can't wait till R Type Command comes to Europe and North America, the release date is to be announced, but I love this series. Do not actually know if this an exclusive PSP title but it seems it is. The trailer above is awesome! What do you think?

Is The PSP Dead?...Not By A Long Shot!
I will admit most of the game titles are not keepers, but like anything, there are a few gold nuggets that are worth buying the system itself. Has anyone seen the line up stored for 3rd and 4th quarter of 2009? I am sure SoulCalibur Broken Destiny is no joke, but a super release, that I am personally anxiously awaiting for, as also Tekken 6, Gran Turismo, NFS Shift, Little Big Planet, and so many more...
Ok...maybe the reason why people are saying the PSP is dead, might just be because up till recently the PSP sales have dropped dramatically. This might just had been overseen by Sony ever since the announcement of the PSP Go. This could actually be their sale strategy for their PSP Go, and I will give an example... Now as a common Joe, at this time I would use common sense and realize that if I had to buy me a new handheld device, knowing the PSP Go is just around the corner (time wise) or buy me a regular PSP. What do you think I will choose? If you are like me, I would choose to wait till PSP Go comes out and buy it. It is kinda like a super kamehameha from Goku of dragon ball Z... Accumulating energy, waiting and making the kamehameha as big as possible and when it is time...Boom the release. So yes, I do expect the PSP Go make a killing when it comes out October 1st, 2009.
In conclusion, I definitely see that the original PSP will be dieing but not the PSP legacy, since PSP Go will surely lead the next generation of portable gaming!
