This year has been one of my best. PSP Games And Media blog is now almost around 2 years old. My 2009 goal was failed and reached at the same time. I had commited myself to keep this blog updated, and to make at least one daily post. It was hard, and failed big time. For some days that I missed posting though, I made it up the other day. So, some days would actually take more research in finding good news about the PSP than others where I took the day off. Either way, There are 365 days in the year, which equal the amount I posted for 2009 here. I guess in that aspect I was constant along with my friends and reached the goal.
I want to thank all my readers. Hopefully I have helped in some ocasions. There are always people who will not like what you do (whatever that might be). I have come to that conclusion that you can't please all. It is imposible. I wish I had made more good friends though.
To my readers: I wish you an excellent 2010 year filled with joy. Keep playing the PSP, and PSP Go as I will too for sure.
Looks good! Kingdom Hearts makes its way to the PSP. I will be looking forward to it soon. It seems like a really huge crossovers. I mean the two types of animation: Disney, and Anime collide here, in this game. It somehow seems very weird to me seeing Mickey Mouse speak Japanese. I have always seen him in English ever since I can remember.
Well, this game should be one of the first most wanted for 2010. As the video says the release date is 2010 1.9 Disney developed by Square Enix.
Here is another good looking game exclusively for the PSP. I just simply love the graphics and overall intro here, great character design. But I do not think this will play similar to fate/unlimited codes... or maybe it does have more features..idk Sorry I still need to polish my Japanese. I don't quite understand all that is said here.
Sorry about the video friends, looks like a real while before the good stuff begins, so if you care to see the action gameplay, please forward the video to minute 3:30. Looks actually good, I really enjoy a good shooting game from time to time. I especially like that powerful beam it shoots for a very short time. The bosses seem to fish related hehe. the second one specially looks like a sea snail. The graphics here amazing, and I will definitely will be looking for the English version of this game.
Just love sexy girls in gaming, StephsTooDef is no exception. She is smart and knows her PSP games for sure. Please check out her channel here and subscribe if you wish :D
The Top 5 PSP Games are great here, LBP came as her #2, while for me is the best PSP game of 2009. There is more to look forward on the PSP. I think Sony will indeed surprise us all in 2010 with another evolved PSP, but not sure just yet. The rumors in the internet get so intense sometimes. And most of it do really do happen, because information gets leaked easily like it did with the PSP Go!.
Here is a good match between the main guy Ryu Vs The Shadaloo Leader M. Bison. I really like this video because it is super detailed in High Definition. Thanks to randomhajile2 over in his Youtube channel. Behold the scene between two good players of the Street Fighter 4 duel it out. Now without looking at the video who do you like to win?
I know it might be more than 3 years since this commercial aired, but it is the first time I see it. Many kids are getting a PlayStation Portable for Christmas in Japan. :D
In Avatar: The Last Airbender, you'll get to play as Aang, Katara, Haru and Sokka as you grow your team into an unstoppable force. Utilize your bending powers and explore the Avatar universe. Bring to life an adventure of intrigue, deception and revelation that exposes an even greater threat than the Fire Nation as you battle new enemies and master your bending skills.
These giant mechas look like kick@ss. Kinda remind me of Gundam anime series. Will be looking forward to it next year. Linebarrels of Iron is exclusively to the PSP.
This has nothing to do with Japanese power rangers. It seems to be great game! Gameplay will tell all.
Will it make it to North America I wonder and hopefully wish it will :D
Looks Awesome. "Ready tough guy?" Army Of Two: The 40th Day is rated "M" for Mature audience, and it is schedule to be out on January 12, 2010 for the Sony PSP.
Pinball Heroes is out and I still have yet to play. Looks really good!
Strap in and launch that silver ball into a world of PAIN! Complete with modes like PAINdemonium and Fun with Explosives, this Pinball Heroes table brings the sights, sounds, and challenges of PAIN to the world of pinball. Ride the subway rails, blow up crates, and open the Manhole cover to work toward a multi-ball challenge. If you're a lover of PAIN, Pinball Heroes: PAIN is the table for you, and it hurts SOOO good!
Ha! I will not deny that Patapon 2 is a great game for the year 2009. However it does not deserve the right to be called the PSP game of the year. IGN, Come On, What in the world are these guys thinking? Well, Dissidia was excellent, as also Motorstorm: Arctic Edge, and Resistance: Retribution. What Happened to Tekken 6? was not even nominated? Ha! what a poor job IGN did on this. However I do think the winner of PSP Game Of The Year should be Little Big Planet. Who else thinks also?
Best Strategies, and tactics needed? Sounds and looks good to me. Savage Moon: The Hera Campaign is brand new game that will be released exclusively for the PSP sometime before the year (2009) ends. I will need to see more of this...
PSPDisp v0.4 – PSP Disp has just been released , PSPDisp v0.4 – PSP Disp has been created by PSP homebrew developer JJS just a few hours ago.
So what is PSPDisp v0.4 PSP Disp??
Well this simple PSP Homebrew will let you use your PSP as a second monitor to Windows , Pretty Cool huh? It is similar to a PSP homebrew released for linux a few years back.
Shinsengumi Portable for the PSP, Looks good. The video probably would have been better with English subs. I only wished I could understand what the story is about, cause I don't understand a word in Japanese. I guess I have always been atracted to playing video games that have to do Samurais, and fighting with swords. This game's released date is to be announced.
R-Type Tactics 2 - Operation: Bitter Chocolate. Now this game literally sounds sweet and yummy, Hahaha.
Oh, I so love this kind of tactic games. My only thought that comes to mind when the name "Bitter Chocolate" comes up is: could probably have something to do with the Milky Way. Our galaxy. which here in the states is a chocolate bar. lol
Anyway, I want to get my hands on this game so much, but I won't understand any of the Japanese, so I hope they would hurry to make the English version :D
Dante's Inferno looks amazing, the action is way fast, the visuals very dark at times, sharp and crisp. The slashes are huge. The bosses are big, and some huge as seen at the end of the video. I will sure be looking for for this game when it comes out for sure.
Dante's Inferno is schedule to be released on February 9, 2010. Availability will be for the following consoles: Sony PSP, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360.
There were a lot of great games for the PSP on 2009. I have made my list of the best I have ever played for the year. So do not mind the order. It is not by ranking order, but more like in chronological order:
All these are top games in my book and enjoy playing them every chance I get. So that is it for this year. Lets hope the next will have even more great PSP games :D
