Half Minute Hero Second definitely gets an upgrade in the graphics department. Although this game is fairly simple in its concept, I am just amazed on the level of popularity it has. Yes, I got to play the very first Half Minute Hero, but to tell you the truth, I was not that impressed and only played it for the first couple of days.
Half Minute Hero Second is still being worked on as I write this, so it has not been released just yet. Half Minute Hero Second is published and developed by Marvelous Entertainment. To my knowledge it is a PSP exclusive game.
Overall it looks very much fun! and those who liked the first edition, are likely to like the second one too. Enjoy the video down below titled Dark Goddess of Time. :)
So, by the looks of things, the characters on here are fighting a golem boss or something. looks good though the video is extremely short. Grand Knights History for the PSP is developed by Vanilla Ware and published by Marvelous Entertainment. Still this game's release date is to be announced, but hopefully soon before 2012 perhaps. The japanese version of the game at least, no clue if this will go beyond Japan. Looks like a good RPG, though it is too early to say with the short preview here:
One of the good things I can say about this game is that the anime scenes are looking amazing! Just by it anyone could think that this more an anime than a PSP game. looks like a good RPG though I have not followed this series being this #4, sorry never heard of it, and perhaps we in North America will not see it, as it will only be for the Japanese audience. It brought my attention that a character in this game resembles Sephiroth so much lol.... Growlanser IV OverReloaded for the PSP is published by Atlus, Developed by Career Soft. Enjoy the video trailer :D
This game has sailing, fighting, good graphics and... dancing??? lol. Sid Meier's Pirates! is developed by Firaxis Games, Published by Take-Two Interactive. Available for the PSP, some mobile phones, and Ipad... looks like fun, although I have not played it myself yet. Here is a little gamplay video footage of the game being played on the PSP. What do you think? Looking good, or looking crappy?

Final Fantasy Type-0 is an upcoming game for Sony's PlayStation Portable system. Type-0 is the latest installment of the long running Final Fantasy series. It was previously titled Final Fantasy Agito XIII as it was originally slated to be part of Square-Enix's Fabula Nova Crystallis series that started with Final Fantasy XIII. With this name change, it's currently unknown if Type-0 will have any relationship to Final Fantasy XIII.
The game is said to use gameplay mechanics similar to that of Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII as well as make new use of the Active Time Battle system that has been in use in the Final Fantasy series since its beginning. There are twelve playable characters and each character has their own strength and weaknesses in battle.
The plot of the game centers around twelve characters who are students of the Peristerium School of Magic and how they are thrust into the conflicts of the world, mainly in the form of fighting back the forces of Milites and saving the world.
The game's developers have mentioned the game as being like an online game, but not technically multiplayer. Whether this means the game will feature elements where more than one player can affect the outcome of the game or if this reflects the fact that there are twelve playable characters is still unknown, even this close to release.
This game marks will be one of the first PlayStation Portable games to be released on two UMDs. The UMD is the Universal Media Disc and is the typical game storage media used by the PSP. It is scheduled for release in Japan on October 13th, 2011.
Final Fantasy Type-0 - Agito XIII - is an RPG type game published and developed by Square Enix. Expected release in Japan in the summer of 2011. Yet to be announced for the North America and all other regions. On a side note about the Final Fantasy series is that they will never go wrong in the graphics department. They are always pushing the technology as far as possible. You can complain about their stories or their gameplay, but you can rarely complain about their visuals. That is for sure!
I did always liked the plain chess game board. I have not played in a while because nobody I know really knows how to play. On a video game seems very challenging it seems. Yea! I am not a very advanced player or could be that the video games of chess on my PSP, like chessmaster is extra hard.
I like this trailer! especially that it might be able to teach people how to play the game. Cohort Chess is a mini game for the following consoles: PSP, and PS3. Might be available for smart cell phones too. Developed by Cohort Studios, and release date was on May 20, 2011.
Looks good, but people might not be wanting to pay more than $5 for this game. Take a look at the video trailer below:
I did play the first one... it is a fun game to play. Now this Prinny2 looks more of the same with great more features... these prinnies say "dood" a lot. lol... Etnas panties were stolen? nice plot also. lol. I can't wait to try the baby mode, cause I sure suck playing hard modes, hahaha! Overall looks like a fun game coming soon.
