How to Copy PSP Games Tutorial

Do you want to know how to transfer game files from your computer to your playstation portable (PSP)? I will let you know the way how to do it here in this tutorial:

This will work for people who own a PSP and have PSP  games that have downloaded online and have them on your computer, you may want to copy the games and put them onto your PSP memory stick.

The first thing you will want to do is Connect your PSP to your home computer using a USB cord, this is so you can transfer the data from your computer to your handheld game console. Then you will want to go into your Menu settings and make sure your handheld has a USB connection to your computer.

Once your PSP establishes connection to your computer you can then see that the device is a removable driver on your computer.

You will then want to click the open folder to view files option once your desktop or laptop computer recognizes your PSP handheld. Then double click the game folder that is within the removable drive folder.

Then you want to select the games that you want to put onto your PSP. Then drag them into the Game folder so that they can be copied onto your playstation handheld memory stick. Once you finished dropping the files into your playstation portable the system will recognize the files and copy them onto your memory stick of your handheld.

When getting a PSP system you can do many things with it. You can copy games from your computer onto your PSP and save the games onto your memory stick. This way you can just take the memory stick instead of having all those games inside your bag or pocket.

Not only does this help with space you have, but it also ensures you that you won’t damage any physical copies of a game you have. The reason also why people do this is because they want to transfer games that they have on their computer and want to be able to play them on their handheld instead of buying the physical copy from stores.

For making backups of your current other games (such as xbox360, PS3, PS2, Nintendo Wii and others) you can check out THIS AWESOME SITE HERE!  I hope this info has been helpful to you guys... Enjoy! :)

How to Put Themes On Your PSP Tutorial

If you are someone who owns a PlayStation Portable you will want to probably know how to be able to put themes onto your handheld. The reason why people want different themes on their handhelds is to make it more unique for the player.

The first thing you are going to want to do is open up your web browser and look for any websites that have PSP themes. (Example: Go to Google.com and make search for "PSP Themes".  You will find many sites on the first page of Google) Once you have found a website that has PSP themes that you can download you will then want to look for any themes that you want on your PlayStation portable, there are many themes to choose from.

After you have found the ones that you want be sure to save them somewhere you will not lose them. The best place you can save them to would be your computer desktop that way there would be no chance of you losing the file of the themes.

You will then want to use the cable to connect your PlayStation portable to your computer and connect it to your computer. Then go to your PlayStation portable and make a new folder, name it whatever name you want .Then go into the themes you saved and grab the file of the theme usually they will be formatted in .ptf ,after you have found the file grab it and drop it into the PlayStation portable folder you made for your themes.

You will then open the theme in your PlayStation portable. This is an easy way to add themes to your PlayStation portable.

If you do not want to download the themes on your computer you can always get them from your Playstation portable itself. The way you will want to do it from your handheld is simple and fast.

You will want to go to your handhelds web browser and go to the website you found with the themes you want on your handheld. Once you find one you want you simply click the download theme button and it should save it to your PlayStation portable ready to use.

If you are someone who wants to put many themes onto your PlayStation portable these are steps that will help you get them onto your handheld.

Cohort Chess PSP Debut Trailer Video

I did always liked the plain chess game board.  I have not played in a while because nobody I know really knows how to play.  On a video game seems very challenging it seems.  Yea! I am not a very advanced player or could be that the video games of chess on my PSP, like chessmaster is extra hard.

I like this trailer! especially that it might be able to teach people how to play the game.  Cohort Chess is a mini game for the following consoles: PSP, and PS3.  Might be available for smart cell phones too.  Developed by Cohort Studios, and release date was on May 20, 2011.

Looks good, but people might not be wanting to pay more than $5 for this game.  Take a look at the video trailer below:

Senritsu no Stratus - PSP Japanese Debut Trailer

Published by Konami, Developed by Nude Maker Senritsu No Stratus.  Good cinematic entrance.  Looks a bit similar to Evangelion... Hopefully this game will make it to North America, and if they do, please hire good people for voice acting.  Apparently it is a big deal when translating a game from another language.

Check out the Japanese debut trailer below! It looks awesome!

Games I Play on Facebook: Pirate Legacy

I love playing Pirate Legacy on Facebook.  Its one of the games I play a lot.  There are lots of fun things to do such as missions and you can explore the seas on your own.  I think it is mainly a role playing game.  The dress-up equipment is really awesome! I like getting new hair styles, eyes, hats and other armor garments.

Pirate Legacy is also challenging,  There are monsters that are really hard to defeat.  Strategy comes a lot into play.  Upgrading your skills is of utmost importance as you level up more and more.  Form or Join a UNION of pirates that can help you out in plundering fellow or enemy pirates and take much gold from them.  hahaha!

You can have a real good time playing Pirate Legacy on Facebook.  It is always good to have many friends as you can send and receive free gifts; Items that should be helpful to you in getting a reputation, experience, and getting strong!

Befriend me and lets play Pirate Legacy together, I send gifts frequently.  I am at very high level 30+, Parter up with me for a strong party.

Games I Play on Facebook: Cityville

A game by Zinga.  I like building the city and expanding of the land. It has been quite a challenge to figure out how to be rich in coins, but I think I am getting the hang of it.  In order to have lots of coins and be rich before your friends you will need to consider the 3 main following points: 1.  You need many friends to help you out.  2.  You will need lots of energy to do many tasks in your city.  And 3.  You will need to know how to collect the most coins for the goods.  I did write a page explaining all these in great detail HERE.

My cityville name is Dukeopollis.  My level there is somewhat high.  Befriend me there so we can play cityville together.  The developers of this game often come up with innovative things to do and some according to holidays.  Cityville is a very fun game to play on facebook.

Thor God of Thunder PSP Video Launch Trailer

Seems like people say that this could just be a replica of the best selling game: God of War.  except the character is different, and the weapon is a hammer.  As always, I do think that most movie based games are really a no-no.  A rare number of movie based games are fairly good.

Thor for the PSP is looking somewhat good here, but will only tell when the actual gameplay takes place.  I predict Thor for the PSP is going to be a good buy for those who are fans of the comic by Marvel.  Still yet to see....

Super MariObama Bros.

Funny Video! lol

Can A PSP Get Computer Viruses?

I have heard this question time and time again and the answer is YES.  It is possible, It is quite rare, but remember the PSP has an internet browser and download buttons can be found on any page with malware or spyware.  You might want to avoid places where the downloads are very fishy.  I strongly do not recommend downloading anything from untrusted sites.  If you need to download, be sure it is from a trusted site, or else you could end up having your PSP slowed down or maybe even unusable anymore.  Be careful!
