Graphically impressive, with a wonderful storyline, this PSP title lets gamers revisit the World War II setting as Lieutenant Jimmy Patterson, who the seasoned veterans of the MoH series will recognize from both the original Medal of Honor and Medal of Honor: Frontline, plus 20 more unlockable characters, including Sergeant John Baker, from Allied Assault Breakthrough, and Lieutenant William Holt. Play options include solo campaigns, and 6 different multiplayer options with either 8 players locally, or up to 32 players online. Players also get 15 new playable maps to blow up however they wish.

SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEAL Fireteam Bravo 2 for the Sony PSP lets you command a team team of highly trained Navy SEALs as you defend your country from terrorist threats. you'll use stealth, local intelligence, and real life SEAL team tactics along with 40 different weapons to complete your missions. mulitiplayer is the way to go in this game. play with up to 16 friends locally, and through a Wi-Fi internet connection. Form clans with friends, and gain both Command Equity points and Local Influence ratings as you play to unlock new, more powerful weapons.3. Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas
Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas is the first Rainbow six installment available for the PSP, and gives players control of Brian Armstrong and Shawn Rivers, a two man squad that must protect, as the title would suggest, the city of Las Vegas Nevada. Players play through Vegas as Brian for much of the game, while switching to teammate Shawn whenever Brian requires Sniper support whenever things get hairy for Brian. Rainbow Six: Vegas gives players the choice of going it solo, or online multiplayer with up to 5 friends.
4. Peter Jackson's King Kong: The Official Game Of The Movie
Peter Jackson's King Kong: The Official Game Of The Movie for the PSP is a one player first person shooter that is based on the summer blockbuster of the same name. The game has players alternating between the characters of Jack, played by Adrien Brody in Jackson's film, and the mighty ape with a soft spot for blondes, King Kong. the game basically follows the same plot as the film, featuring lots of action and excitement, although the game's strong point is it's graphical quality.
5. Star Wars Battlefront: Renegade Squadron
Star Wars fans rejoice, Lucas arts' Star Wars Battlefront: Renegade Squadron is here! Help Renegade Squadron fight the evil empire in battle 11 battles that take place on both on land and in the vast reaches of space among the ruins of the planet Alderaan in this action shooter. supports up to 16 players locally, via Ad Hoc. Renegade Squadron's storyline takes place between the battle of Yavin, which took place in Star Wars: a New Hope, and the battle of Endor, which was fought during Return of the Jedi.
6. Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Essentials
This game was made specifically with the PSP platform in mind. The story of Essentials for the PSP begins where Splinter Cell: Double Agent ends. Players even flashback to Sam Fisher's past with the Navy SEALs. Expect all the weapons, gadgets, and stealthy gameplay from past Splinter Cell games that made them worth playing until way past your bedtime. Of course, Splinter Cell Essentials includes multiplayer fun, as well is a single player story mode.
7. Medal of Honor Heroes 2
This sequel to World War II Medal of Honor: Heroes for the PSP has you fighting the Nazi regime yet again in the aptly titled Medal of Honor: Heroes 2. This time, you'll go behind enemy lines as OSS Operative John Berg when playing the single player campaign, and with up 32 players online. Fans of the Medal of Honor franchise will know what to expect here. If you enjoy the Medal of Honor games, then you have no reason not to like this installment.
8. Call of Duty: Roads to Victory
Players get to fight in the Liberation of Paris in Call of Duty: Roads to Victory for the PSP. Roads to Victory gives players a total of 14 new missions made up of 3 different campaigns, featuring soldiers of The U.S, British, and Canadian armies, each fighting against Nazi soldiers. The only disappointing part about this game is its lack of multiplayer support. Still, this game is a must for any die hard world war II simulation junky.
9. Killzone: Liberation
Not a first person shooter like its predecessor, Killzone: Liberation is a shooter nonetheless, and many would consider it an improvement over the PS2 original. Liberation's storyline takes place in the future, and takes place immediately after the first game, and involves you once again fighting the evil Helghast. Tons of action gameplay here, but again, no multiplayer keeps it from being as fun as it could have been.
10. Syphon Filter: Logan's Shadow
A sequel to Dark Mirror, Syphon Filter: Logan's Shadow has everything a good shooter should have: a fun single player campaign, awesome multiplayer combat, great graphics, and really good production value. This installment has a government official by the name of Cordell wanting a mysterious cargo from a ship at sea, and Gabe is the only one that can get the job done. Use Taser, Rifle, Shotgun, and other weapons in your arsenal to blow up the bad guys, and save the world. Or just use yoru Taser to make them dance a little, (hehe). Another title in the Syphon Filter Franchise that is a great way to waste several hours.
